Hi patients
Unfortunately sunDrs Nambour will be closing on 27/6/2025. Our lease at the C-Square building has come to an end, as the building is undergoing a complete renovation.
While we attempt to find an alternative location, Dr O'Hara will continue patient care at the sunDrs Minyama and Caloundra clinics. Your past history and notes from Nambour will be available, and your usual treatments and recalls will occur as normal.

Dr O'Hara will also be available at practices in Maroochydore and Sippy Downs as well.

I offer skin checks for common dermatological problems, mole checks, skin cancer checks, and skin cancer treatments, including cryotherapy, diathermy, curettage, excisions, grafts and flap repairs

I live at Woombye on the Sunshine Coast, and enjoy my family, surfing, tennis, food and travel.

'Is that spot a skin cancer?'
Skin Cancer Checks
Dr O'Hara has been a full time skin cancer practitioner for the last 25 years. He now sees patients at Caloundra, Minyama, Maroochydore and Sippy Downs. If necessary, he has the latest digital imaging equipment and software at Dermasurg Maroochydore.

Skin Cancer Treatment
If there is concern that a lesion could be skin cancer, then Dr O'Hara will biopsy or excise any suspicious lesions. Dr O'Hara can perform these procedures, with nurse assistance, at any of the clinics.
​
Some forms of sun damage and early minor forms of skin cancer can be treated with creams and/or light treatments.
Dr O'Hara can organise cosmetic and light treatments at Dermasurg Maroochydore.
